After retiring from a 30-year career in education, I’m thrilled to be back home as a HORNET and begin a new chapter as Assistant Principal at Cook Elementary. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various roles—including teacher, athletic director, assistant principal, and principal. I’ve also enjoyed many years coaching softball, wrestling, and baseball in Cook, Pulaski, and Lanier counties.

I’m passionate about building strong relationships, supporting students and staff, and helping create a positive and nurturing learning environment. It’s a true honor to continue serving the community I call home, now at the elementary level.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful family—my wife, Melanie; daughters Maggie and Savannah; son-in-law Josh Kenbeek; and my grandson, Andrew, who brings endless joy to our lives.
