Experience

Prior to teaching fourth grade, I was in the math lab doing intervention with 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade.  I have been a part of Cook County Schools for several years. I began my career in 2000 as a paraprofessional.  I am very excited to be teaching my favorite subjects and I hope to give my students lots of encouragement to also enjoy these subjects.

A little information about me:

Married to Chad .

Together we have four children Lindy, Brandon, Kirstin and Shelby. I am a proud grandmother of two boys, Elijah and Harvey and two girls, Miley and Elaina.

I have lived in Cook County since I was three.  My parents are Buddy and Linda L. Griffin. My mother was a former  Kindergarten Teacher at Cook Primary School.
